Questions about organic products, moisturing, & dark, rough skin.

I am trying to slowly switch to organic body products, hair products, face products, and makeup. I want to start out with face wash & facial moisturizer since I'll be out of those soon. Do any of you recommend any organic brands for face wash & moisturizer? The only one I can think of is Burt's Bees, but I'm not sure what else is out there. I am on a topical treatment for acne, and I have sensitive, acne-prone, combo to oily skin. Bonus points if the moisturizer has SPF, and I can pick up these items at a Whole Foods, CVS, or Rite Aid.

Has anyone tried Organix shampoo and condition? I was thinking of buying that when I run out of shampoo/condition, but the reviews on Makeupalley are kinda iffy. What sulfate-free hair products do you recommend?

Do you find it necessary to moisturize at night during the summer? I use a topical acne cream at night, but since my skin is prone to getting oily, I don't want to wake up like an oil slick.

Last question, I promise. The skin on my knees & elbows is very dark & rough. The weather is getting hotter & I want to be able to wear dresses/shorts/skirts, but I don't like how my knees look. Plus, I want to start using self-tanning lotion and I know it'll make my knees look too dark. Should I just exfoliate? If so, how many times max. should I exfoliate so I don't hurt my skin?

Thank you very much!
