A couple of things!

*I just bought some vitamin E oil, and I was wondering how those of you who have it use it. Do you just apply it directly to your skin? I'm worried if I do that my skin will be too oily and very shiny. Do you just mix it with your daily moisturizer? Suggestions and usage?

*For those of you who take multi-vitamins, what kind of differences were very apparent when you began taking them regularly?

*What sort of benefits would taking fiber daily have for me?

*Lastly, tried and true exercises that make a noticeably difference in a short amount of time? I run and walk regularly and lift light weights, but I was wondering if maybe there were some moves or exercises that really do it for you guys.
