So, was I just insulted by a stylist...? (and a legit flat iron question)
So, the hairstylist I usually see told me my hair feels like the hair on the heads at styling school...you know the fake heads. I kind of feel like I should be insulted. Am I reading too much into this? I've NEVER felt that sort of hair (isn't it fake?) before, so I don't know. She does a pretty decent job otherwise, but this kind of makes me feel irked.
And the legit question is that I'm in need of a new flat iron. Here's the deal though...I barely used the thing. I only straighten my ends and my bangs daily and maybe all over only once a week, and I always use a thermal protector. The Chis and Sedus people always recommend to girls who straighten their hair seem a little too hardcore (and pricey!) for my needs.
