The skin around the nails on my index fingers and thumbs have been peeling and cracking since last November. My beloved Aveda Hand Relief wasn't making a dent, neither was Rosebud Salve... Or anything else. As soon as I starting using Lemony Flutter, it got all better. My hands feel great and my nails are brighter, too! Sweeet.
It's a little expensive, but the tiiiniest little bit of this covers both hands and wrists completely.
