facial moisturizer

Currently, I'm using 'dove facial moisturizer' and for the most part i like it (and have for the past year), but i feel like its not doing what it has done. My face is getting so dry, that its starting to flake between my eyebrows and on my nose. And this moisturizer isn't covering it up, like before

Kiehls Sodium PCA oil-free moisturizer - very good stuff.

I've tried many moisturizers, and none compare to Purpose, by Johnson & Johnson. It's gentle, has SPF, and has always been good for my skin, which gets very dry in the winter. It's oil free AND hypoallergenic -- avail. @ walmart, target, etc.
