body wash + shampoo?
I am looking for a product that can be a body wash as well as shampoo. My boyfriend has one (for guys obviously) and I am realizing how much faster my showers would be. BUT I want something without SLS, something that wouldn't be damaging for my hair. I rarely use shampoo but when I do I don;t want to wreck my scalp/hair shaft. Does anything like this exist? Could I use Dr. Bronners? I didn;t know if it was OK to use as shampoo.... i mean obviously i knew you could but didn't know if it is actualy good for hair.
