Eye makeup smearing
I need some advice! Everyday after being at work I notice that I have racoon eyes bad! Even after only 2 hours. The longer the day goes without me wiping away the smudge from underneath my eyes is horrible. Does anyone have any advice to help with this problem. I think it comes from my mascara because I no longer use waterproof. When I did, I didn't have this problem like now.
Any products (none costing a fortune) or tips/tricks?
