This is my first time going on a diet. Eating wise, I want to cut out all junk food and start eating a lot healtier. About a year ago I was at my all time lowerest - 135lbs. Over the last year I have started gaining back all the weigh I had lost. I am currently at 170.

The difference between this year and last year was work. Last year I worked as a housekeeper for a hotel, running around with my head cut off all damn day. Currently I am working as a repair associate for the local phone company, meaning I sit in front of the computer 8-9 hours a day. The job pays very well, but I am sick of sitting on my as all day doing nothing. Another problem is that I have been drinking rockstar energy drinks every morning as my dose of caffeine.

What I plan on doing is completely cutting out the energy drinks. But since I am cutting those out, what would be a good replacement? tea? coffee? for lunch I will be eating veggies. for dinner I will eat the same food, but in much smaller portions.

Exercising is going to be the hard part. The only thing I really have access to is to is one of those exercise bikes. a few days a week I do have access to a bowflex, but that is only when I am at my boyfriend's house. Is there anything else I can do? maybe while

My goal is to be back at my lowest weight. I havent decided on a date yet though.
