Where can I find those short, puffy coats? I don't know exactly how to describe them so I'm not sure if you'll understand what I mean.. lol I just see everyone wearing them and I want one. And they usually have a hood that's furry. I'd prefer something that's not too expensive.
then you can find them at walmart. i got mine there, and it is very cute, and really warm! of course, i got mine in like, march of this year and by that time it was on sale for $10 :)
i don't know if walmart has any coats like that at the moment, but i'm sure you could find one at like, target or something. and i'm pretty sure old navy carries them, they have the "frost free jackets" that are just like those only a little different. the down filled ones are really nice!
