Changed my hair.
Alright so I recently dyed my hair blonde, well actually just highlighted it blonde, but it's still alot of blonde. I haven't had blonde hair since I was about 11, and I didn't really wear makeup then. I obviously do now since I'm 16... So I was just wondering how I should do my makeup..
