Good Drugstore Primer & Highlighter?
I'm looking for a foundation primer and a highlighter/luminizer for my face - I'm in my late 20's, fair/cool-toned, and acne-prone. I need something that will work reasonably well with mineral powder makeup *and* liquid foundation without breaking me out. I wear either, depending on the occasion.
