Eye makeup Q
How do you get a HARD LINE when doing your eyeshadow? What tools/products/tips are there, I've watched several psychobilly makeup tutorials where they aren't blending the colors together always but using a harsh line, like as a random example, if they have a hot pink eyelid they'll do the outer corner in black and carry it over towards the inner corner with a hard line.... does this question make sense? Haha I couldn't find a good picture. Someone on a video mentioned wetting a stiff flat brush and then just using any eyeshadow?
