What is THE best clear topcoat, 101ers? Prom is tomorrow and I'm doing my own nails, but I'm afraid the cheapo NYC topcoat I usually use won't last very long. I have a Target and an Ulta nearby, so I think I can find pretty much anything. I'm looking for something long-lasting, mostly; it doesn't have to be fast-dry because I'll probably do my nails tonight to ensure they're totally dry for tomorrow.
