What to wear with this skirt?

I just bought this skirt from The Limited (cause it was cheaaaaaap), and I love it, but I'm not sure what to pair it with, without it looking too matchy matchy. It's still winter in Minnesota, so I'd be wearing it with tights to work.





I have green tights that match, and I have gray tights that could maybe work too... I have a pair of tan heels/booties that I think match enough to wear, but I'm so torn on what color top I could wear (sweater/cardigan, whatever works).

Ideas????
