Hi everyone!
I recently discovered that, at least in the States, you can return used cosmetics! This sounds awesome to me, because I have often purchased something, used it, hated it, and been stuck with it sitting in my bathroom unused for aeons.
So, here's my question, and it's specifically targeted at Canadian audiences, since unfortunately we don't have all the lovely stores you US-type peoples do. What drugstores will accept used cosmetics for returns? I'm in Ontario, so I'm mostly interested in Walmart/Zellers/Shopper's/Rexall. I'd really love if people who've actually gone through this process could comment. Do you have to give a reason, do you get dirty looks, do you have to advise the clerk that you've used it if it isn't obvious? Oh, and feel free to comment if you've gone through the same process at Sephora/MAC too - I mainly shop at drugstores, but I do love me some high end treats!
Thanks SOOO much!
