Oily Skin cleanser help!

I am on the search for a cleanser for oily skin... but I have several problems. I have oily skin that has gotten a little worse in the summer. Blotting sheets do absolutely nothing for me and leave me still feeling and looking oily. I'm looking for a cleanser that stops oil at the skin level, really.

1. The only cleanser I am using at the moment is either water or a dissolved aspirin. The aspirin is my go-to, but lately it has been making me really oily. :( The water is... ok. I mean it doesn't do anything for my pores or the oil, which leads to...
2. I am sensitive to EVERYTHING. -.- Peroxide doesn't take the oil away, but other that aspirin it's about the only thing I can use that doesn't make me break out besides egg whites which are expensive (for an everyday facial treatment) and inconvenient. :/ Lemon juice, honey, witch hazel, LUSH products, any cleanser, any oil... all make me break out with little red bumps. I don't have much acne, but I have enlarged pores and the ones on my nose collect oil and stuff, so it makes my skin look a little worse than it really is.
3. My skin, despite being oily, dries out easily. If a cleanser makes my face feel tight after I shower, it's pretty much guaranteed to give me flakes of dry skin whether I exfoliated or not.

I used to have a Juice Beauty cleanser but it seems most of their products are discontinued? Anyone know what happened there? Anyway, the JB cleanser was probably the best to date though I still broke out a little.

So... any other girls have this problem of oily skin yet being sensitive to almost everything? Any recs for a cleanser for oily skin that doesn't dry out the skin or cause break outs? Would an AHA cleanser help?
Price isn't really a big deal because I can likely find samples. I just really need a cleanser!
