gifts for makeup noobs?
A friend's birthday is coming up and I want to get her a couple of cosmetics. She's a 20-something makeup virgin who wants to start dolling up a bit, so I'm thinking a few goodies to pretty up her eyes are a good introduction. Since I've got another gift for her I'm going thrifty ($10-15 max, which means my personal picks are out) so I'm thinking about this e.l.f. set and a couple of decent brushes. I want her first experience with makeup to be a good one, so any thoughts or suggestions from you ladies?
