1) Can anyone recommend a good brand of clip-on bangs that are 100% human hair? I've looked into the Bang Thing clip-ons from Sally's but I want blunt, straight across bangs, not side-swooped bangs ( Read more... )

I'll give it a go. I can do a zillion crunches but after one set of lunges I'm DONE. Haha.

Oh, me too! Crunches are pretty easy.. If you want a harder ab exercise do leg lifts!!

Lunges, squats (esp. plie squats), hammer punches, deadlifts, leg presses, one legged squats. Inner and outer thigh raises. Floorwork like pizza presses and hydrant moves too. Adding weights and/or a resistance band obviously helps.

You can only "spot-tone" so far, though.

If that's where you carry your weight you have to lose fat, not build muscle. Building muscle under the fat will just make things bigger, though these muscles are big enough you may get some definition even through the fat. Do cardio, go on a healthy and slightly lower calorie diet, and lift weights for your entire body.

Urban Outfitters has clip on bangs... but honestly I dunno how good they would look... the whole concept just seems weird to me.
