My new (used) convertible!
So, my poor Saturn has been rattling her last breaths for a while and nickle and diming me to death. After a frustrating summer of check engine lights, oil leaks, etc, my father and I were deciding I really needed a new car. He asked what I wanted a few months ago and I said "I know it's a silly dream, but I've been itching for a convertible for a while now." We shrugged it off. This week, after another check engine light and a baaaad tire rotation, I threw my hands in the air and gave up. All that money I'd saved for my replacement car was just collecting dust in a low interest savings account anyway, so I started looking.
Two days later, I have now found and bought my lovely, amazing, totally affordable 2005 Chrysler Sebring Touring Converitble! I got her for a total steal and a decent trade in on my poor, dying car. This was the add I found on Tuesday http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=283864773 and I picked her up today. Paid for in full, title in hand, out the door, my car.

It was almost a 2 hour drive home from the dealership in the middle of NOWHERE Pennsylvania, and she was smooth as silk the whole time. Transmission fluid is good, engine is good, oil good, title totally clean. I got lucky again with cars and, apparently, got her for a steal.
Now I just need a name. So far on the list: 1. Raggedy Ann (for the rag top) 2. Claudette 3. Lysistrata. Suggestions? Her nick name will be 'Big Girl Car' because my old car was 'Baby Car'.
