I really love the removable flower on the Meta design. I like clothes that multitask like that.

I've been incredibly busy. Unpacking and settling in, looking for(and failing to get!)a steady job. But I sold at a convention not too long ago, and will continue to do so. I've started making hairbows, and it appears I have a knack for it. I'm glad there is something I can do. I haven't had much time for designing outfits, but that may change after December and the holidays die down. I also might be getting a kitten soon.

Awwww! I love kittens!

I'm glad you are making hairbows and find joy in it. Will you be going to Naka-kon?

We're trying hard to get in on the Artist alley. They are choosing people by jury this year, so we've sent in our work to be judged. Hopefully we will get a good reply. I'll be wearing my best stuff. You know, my sister actually made a petticoat for me? Before that I'd never worn one. It's an interesting experience. Almost lighter than air.

Good luck on getting into AA, and yes, petticoats are an interesting experience. I love the two that I wear, but long for a third one.

I hope to see you at Naka-kon, with any luck we'll get to hang out ^_^

Ooh, I hope so! I don't know how busy I will be manning the table, but maybe I will have some time to slip away. If we make it in that is. Here's hoping!

Well, we got word back, and Naka-Kon just did not have space for us. Oh well, there are other cons, and it will give me time to practice my hanicrafts a bit more. I'd like to practice hair medalions, and full blown headresses, but my sister tells me I ought to practice sewing straight lines first. I guess I get a little overambitious sometimes.
