rebirth
i have decided that it is time to dig my lj out of the dust and give it a rebirth.
if that isn't mixed metaphoring, i don't know what is.
it has been a bit of a roller coaster ride around here recently, what with the renovating and the wedding, and the crazy exam time at work, and then on top of it all, i was diagnosed with depression. which is great fun! particularly when you get signed off from work for stress for a couple of days, and your father-in-law, who's your boss, comes around for a cup of tea, and, obviously not knowing yet that you're signed off, says 'see you tomorrow!!!' what do you say? tell me. lol.
there's been lots of kerfuffle recently re: 'supernatural' and its apparent misogyny. while i can see the point, i also love the boys. and so, am willing to overlook. besides, it has generated some great female-character loving posts, and that is a great side effect. i love me some strong female characters.
i need someone to beta my apocalypathon fic. any takers?
