Oh, it was ON. Radio said Isabelle was actually campagining for Prom Queen, and Minako was not gonna let that go unchallenged! She was the Goddess of Love and Beauty, darn it!
Which was why all her arts and crafts supplies were scattered all over her room, including a big bucket of glitter she'd gotten the last time it had rained the stuff. It was totally in her color, too! Clearly this was fate.
