Damn it's been a while since I've written a real entry in this thing.

Probably because I don't have too much to bitch about. I'm mostly happy right now. I'd say 87.6% of the time I'm happy, and when I say happy, I mean that obnoxiously-happy-giggling-a-lot-honeymooon-relationship-phase happy.

so things are good with adam. Worried about long term things...you know, the jewish thing, the technically living 8 hours apart, the alex thing, the sex thing, etc etc etc. But short term things are good. Actually, the short term things are very good. Kind of scary good. Well, besides that pesky little problem that he might be leaving back for LI again after this semester, depending on grades. I don't even like to think about that

The semester is almost over. Then I officially have 3 semesters left of school before I move out into the World of the Working Adult (WWA). That's really exciting. I think that I've decided that I'll hold off on grad school, so I dont even have that as a buffer between my bachelors and the real world. 18 months and counting. Damn, I am so ready to get past this college thing.

Work is cattier than ever. EVERYBODY is bitching about EVERYBODY. I havent decided if I will actually quit there or just take a leave of absence this summer during my internship. Internship applications need to be in by january something or other, so i have to get my ass moving on that. I'm looking at applying for a day shift at Roswell or maybe Childrens, and then separately applying for one with the Visiting Nurses Association. If I get the VNA one then I can work per diem during my senior year too, so I can go ahead and leave Linwood. Of course, if I really want to leave Linwood, I can just not work for most of my senior year, and if I save up my internship money (I get paid $12-14/hour and it's full time) I can probably make it the 8-9 months of the school year.

I'm just feeling lazy and I'm sick and tired of going to school during the week and then putting in 9 hour shifts on the weekends. I mean, seriously, I 'd like to see my kid sometime.

Would anyone be interested in a general end of semester/Lisa is leaving us for another state party? at my house? costumes optional?
