Complimentary LOL of the day
So I'm betaing a fic for someone. I go to PM it to the person, after adding my commentary and other happy smily notes to the top, and hit send. It's too long. Harrumph, think I, and decide to see how long the fic itself is.
Step one. Paste fic into a new PM window (because for some reason I'm too silly to just look at the character count in Word).
Step two. Put my own name in the recipient box.
Step three. Press send.
Step four. Receive following message: "Stop trying to message yourself, we're not that kind of service."
Step five. Apply hearty lols.
