a good week

Work was a bit scary for a day or so, but now everything's all smoothed over.
I left at 330 Thursday afternoon for Sarah's reading at KGB in the East Village.  I got to see Tom, Lauren, AND Sarah.  AND I met one of Sarah's writer friends who is doing a reading from her newly-published book at a Barnes and Noble next week.  Wow.
The reading was great.  The Yuengling draft was great.  The ride home on Metro-North was funny as hell, as I passed out around Stamford from exhaustion and being buzzed, and didn't wake up again till Milford.
Last night, Kev and I got Thai and watched Clerks II.  It was our second time seeing it, but we love it, so whatever.  I fell asleep at 830, and got up at 730 this morning.
So what am I doing today?  I have an appointment at 1 in Berlin to see the proofs from my senior portrait sitting, and then I'm going to Westfarms (Sephora, in particular) so I can get my makeup train case and return that lip gloss that I've had for a while now.
Tomorrow, I'm in Jersey with Kev and his fam for Easter dinner.  Fun fun.
