yesterday to today
Here's what happened yesterday.
- I took my last undergraduate final ever (book publishing) Got my grade back on the final project (we were robbed!!) Said my goodbyes to the best professor I've had in a LONG time. Probably the best since either Tim or Chaise, and that's saying a lot, because, well... I still <3 Tim AND Chaise equally. Anyway.
- Got my thesis bound at the Kinko's on Dartmouth St. It looked awesome. I wanted to cry when I saw it. 59 pages of beauty.
- Figured out what book I'm going to use for my Columbia essay: Normal Girl by Molly Jong-Fast. It's poppy, light, and full of evil coke-snorting whores. Woo. And Jay McInerney liked it. Even better.
- Went to my final undergrad class ever - Novel Into Film. Gave thesis to Kevin. Got final project back - did fairly well. Fuck yeah. Left.
- Met aunt and uncle at Sel de la Terre for celebratory dinner. Ate lots of French Provencal food. Drank a bit. Got giddy. Went home.
Here's what happened today.
- Got up, watched some TV, rolled out of the apartment around 215, attended to some personal stuff, got home, showed the apartment to a guy who DESPERATELY needed the Ritalin he said he was on, and now I'm here. Maxin and relaxin.
Here's what has to happen tomorrow.
- I have to pack.
- I have to pack.
- I HAVE TO PACK!!!
