Albany

I went to Albany last weekend so I thought I'd update on that because it was pretty fun. We left on Thursday and I drove half the way, we got there at about 2, but then we went shopping. The Abercrombie outlet that I love is closed for good...no more. I was so upset, but I did buy a dress for Jr. Miss and maybe prom..it's really pretty, but big, so I have to get it altered. That night we went to a baseball game, we had pretty good seats, but I was exhausted so I didn't really enjoy it. I called Cat then and chatted it up with her for a while, then I saw Rick's twin...swear to God...so I had to go investigate. My Aunt Patti and her friend AnnMarie were really funny through the whole game, they were a bit tipsy.

Friday I toured the Albany College of Pharmacy, unfortunately it was pouring out. Luckily, this nice boy Steve gave me his umbrella, but his dad laughed at him because he got drenched...haha sucker. No, he was really nice. I really like the college and the people were all really nice. I'm gonna be in MAJOR debt, donations can be made out to me, Kaleigh Fisher, thanks. Later that night we went to an arena football game, AnnMarie got us 4th row tickets next to the players...sweet. I actually enjoyed this game..it was like a big party. They played music through the whole thing, threw things into the crowd, and during half time they invited people to go dance on the field, ya'll know I took advantage of that.

Saturday we went on an Aqua Duck tour of the city. An Aqua Duck is this big bus that can go into the water, so we went around the city and people on the streets would quack at us, then we went into the river. It was pretty cool, there is a TON of history in Albany and the city is really beautiful. Well, I wanted to see more of Albany when we were done, so Patti and I went to the blues festival and walked around. It was hot out so we went back to the house and rented some movies. I went out by myself and drove my aunt's car to Stewart's to get icecream for us..ahhhh! It was scary, I turned down a one-way street, the wrong way, classic huh?

Sunday we came back home. I drove almost the whole way. That was fun. I think that night Caitlin and I went out to Subway to visit Julie, yes we did. I got a fruizle which I put in my garbage can, but the one with a hole on the bottom, so it leaked out. I jsut finished cleaning it up.

Monday I had to work from 3-9. Charles is back from Ireland, only to be here 6 days and leave for Scotland. He bought me dark chocolate with the taste of Guiness, it's delicious. I went out to Tully's with Cat and Julie after work. At a stop light this guy asked me for my number, but the light turned green and I drove away.

Tuesday I worked all day, from 10-3. Then I came home and hung out by the pool. Cat came over and we went into Batavia to pick Steven up from karate, my bad, Tae-Kwon-Doe and then we went to Tully's to get Cat's phone. We dropped Steven off and then went out to MSC to see what was up. then we headed out to Mark to say hello to everyone.

Today I worked all day again, from 9-5. I came home, went in the pool, and then took a nap, I just woke up and now I am waiting for my father to get back from Colorado. Now I'm looking forward to a WHOLE day off and the release of Harry Potter and the party with Cat at Borders. Also looking forward to grad parties on Saturday, again with the lovely Caitlin.
