Alaska Air
I know tons of people who get annoyed by alaska airlines but I have (almost) always had great customer service with them. I always speak with somebody who understands what I am saying and I understand them (ie: it doesn't sound like they're in India) And when I went to change my ticket today, I totally thought I was going to get charged $75 but no charges at all :-) sweet and the lady was super nice. Now I will just knock on wood that they don't lose my luggage (which has never happened to me before) I think I'm going to carry an larger carry on than I normally would just in case..I'd hate to get to the conference and literally not have anything to wear!!
