The Pope.
Has a Facebook.
Pope on Facebook in attempt to woo young believers

I went out in the garden and finally dug up the Star of Bethlehem clusters that were growing in the side yard. Potted them.
With some difficulty.
One of which being a large spider investigating the disturbance of its territory.
The neighbors aren't used to hearing screams at this time of day. All their kids are at school.

Finally I uprooted (hopefully) all of the bulbs.
But there's still the ones that jumped over to the front yard.
And I was told that I'm not allowed to dig holes in the front yard.
Considering how fast they can spread, and the fact that they WILL choke out other plants, it makes me worry for the crocuses, which have to wait until the fall before I can dig them up and multiply.

But.

YAY! I finally got experience dividing bulbs!

And my compost pile is coming along well. It's more than doubled since a week ago.
Note to self: No more whole egg shells.
And I need to look for a storage container. Dark one.
Think one of those Rubbermaid 10-gallon storage bins they sell at Walmart. (aka I can't find a linked example)
Maybe a small one at first.
Not a huge one right away. Compost pile is still small.
And I have to work on getting Mom to remember to add to the pile instead of adding the scraps to the trash.
