Breakfast: Bowl of Co Co Puffs
Lunch: Tuna sub with provolone,lettuce, tomatoe, pickle, green pepper, bannana peppers, oil & vinigar, & salt & pepper.
Worked out for 20 mins
Crunches & Leg lifts & streching for 10
