I'm drowning in hypocrisy
I had a much more noble entry planned, but then some kid from community school tried to beat me up. Of course he failed, but not because I fought back physically. The kid was a little shorter than me and much less intelligent, so the situation was easily diffused.
But something he said stuck with me. "Where the fuck do you get the right to say that shit?"
My first thought was 'is he kidding? Do they abstain from teaching the Constitution at community school?' Also, I was quite impressed by the fervor he had, claiming to be "100% certain" that I said that "ALL community schoolers are fucking retarded and are going nowhere" while being asked if I said it to his face. I wonder, does school teach us how to think or is this just example of a person who doesn't go to school and coincidentally doesn't think about the world around them? Is school a vital part of our development? Not in the sense of people skills, as community school kids do nothing but socialize with others in the all black uniform and the community school kids are grossly unstable. I mean that the process of school affects how we see the world. The community school kids are given an easy ride through adolescence and they develop the view that others owe them an easy free ride and that when others do something they don't like, they deserve the right to push those kids around.
All the while, real people go to real school where they are challenged, taught to think abstractly, something only humans are capable of. These skills are learned before the critical period for that skill closes and makes the skill unlearnable. Even if they did know the first amendment, they (commie schoolers) would have an egocentric view, that only they had the freedom of speech.

Matt: Well Of Course it is, why else would they all smoke if they were smart?

Matt: I've heard of community collages but I've never heard of a community university.
