I'm so sorry for taking from you the life that you were entitled to. I didn't think there was anybody in there, but when I accidentally dropped your little cozy home, you tumbled from your protective surrounding and the life you had yet begun ended before you ever had a chance to fly. I feel terrible with the knowledge that your mother might one day return with food for her expectant and fragile new hatchling, only to find that her home, and her baby, are no more. So please forgive me. Forgive me for taking your pretty blue egg.
