It's strange how much my life has changed. I started out in a tiny village and then I moved to a castle. I thought that would be the end of the upheaval, but it hasn't been. Paixao is...beautiful. In its own way. But it's not home.
{Belle trails off, sighing faintly.}
I miss Papa, Mrs. Potts and Chip the most. Though everyone in the castle was so kind to me. {Just thinking about them makes her voice tremble.} I...loved being there. With them. {And with Beast.} It feels like I won't ever see them again, but I know that isn't right.
I will see them. They might even come here. {That would be wonderful.} Until then, I would like to make new friends. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is homesick?
