[And it's right about the time Azula should be waking up, isn't it.

Have some coughing first.]

Where... where am I?!

[She sits up and looks around, but has to stop and cough some more.]

[Ty Lee jumps up, surprised (and kind of worried that Azula's going to start freaking out or something. When she speaks her voice is weak and wheezy.]

You're at the clinic. It's- [cough, cough, wheeze]- okay, me and General Iroh brought you here.

[bends_lightning]

[She does her best to look angry, but she's been breathing in the gas ever since it started and her lungs don't want to co-operate.]

My [cough] idiot uncle?

[She goes to get up off whatever she had been sleeping on, but has to pause due to a nice, splitting headache.]

[Oh shi-! Ty Lee races over to her bedside and just kind of... hovers there, not sure what to do.]

You shouldn't try to get up.

[bends_lightning]

[She throws a glare at her, coughs, and tries to get to her feet.]

Why shouldn't I? I hate this place, I had to stay here for two weeks after I fought with Lexaeus.

I guess you were really hurt then, huh.

[Nervously, because she doesn't want to make things worse, Ty Lee puts a hand against Azula's shoulder- trying to hold her back without making her feel like she's being restrained.]

Azula, you can't get up.

[bends_lightning]

[She flinches at the contact, and looks at Ty Lee with a hint of the insanity that took over while she was in jail. When she looks away, it disappears, but her hands are in fists.]

I don't like being here.

[beatsupboys]

[Ty Lee removes her hand.]

Yeah, I bet. I don't think anyone likes hospitals, y'know?

[bends_lightning]

[She stays sitting, starting to cough again.]

What is this in the air?

I don't know. I think it's some kind of gas or something. People are looking for the leak right now.

[She hasn't coughed in a while, but her voice is still really wheezy.]

[Azula rips the bottom off of the tunic she was wearing, making sure to leave enough to keep her skin covered. Holding it out in front of her, she ties it loosely around her neck so that she can cover her mouth when she goes out.

She tries to stand up again, but the headache makes a triumphant return and she has to sit again.]

Knowing the people in this city, fixing this will take an eternity.

[beatsupboys]

Don't try to stand up. Just stay here, okay?

[She has a brief coughing fit, ack.]

Um, how's your head...? They said it looked like you hit it?

[bends_lightning]

[She sits still and waits for the pounding to stop.]

It hurts, isn't that obvious?

[She finally resigns to staying in bed for a while, but it's obvious she doesn't like it.]

Maybe they have medicine or something.

[bends_lightning]

[She doesn't reply. Her head hurts and she feels vulnerable. It's one of the worst case scenarios, but at least she's not dead.]
