If someone murders someone but then they're sorry about it, what would you think?

...

I didn't kill someone or anything. I'm just asking.

Then they shouldn't have killed anyone in the first place. There's no position for a heart in a situation like that. Don't kill someone unless you can handle it.

I don't think people should kill other people at all. I guess the exception would be if they're a soldier in a war or something, but still.

So you think feeling sorry about it just makes it worse?

People fight for a variety of reasons. Soldiers in war. Defense. Rage and loathing. There are many shades of grey.

That's right. Feeling anything in that position implies vulnerability. You can't protect anything, much less yourself, when you're vulnerable.

Fighting just because you're angry isn't right.

But... isn't everybody vulnerable sometimes?

That's your opinion.

Some cannot afford to be vulnerable.

Well... yeah. But what if everyone went out and killed people whenever they got angry?

What about you?

It would likely cut down on the number of idiots littering the street. Someone who attacks out of anger gains nothing without a strategy. An idiot won't have tactics. It's a way of increasing the quality of the population.

What about me?

... Oh.

Are you vulnerable? Ever?

No. Absolutely not.

Without question, yes.

Wow.

... Have you ever killed someone just because you were mad at them?

Many times.
Whatever is necessary to proceed, is necessary.

That still doesn't sound right to me.

Our eyes are not the same. We're not required to be on the same side.

I don't think we need sides here.
