OOC: Reference! Ty Lee will be at least attempting to block the chi of anyone who "bugs" (i.e. approaches) her, so feel free to get in on that with commentlogging/assuming if you want! She will not be killing anyone, but her blows will render her opponents incapable of moving on their limbs/torsos or using powers that rely on chi or energy flow. The immobilization should last for a good few hours, and you can decide for yourself whether you want your character to remain conscious during that time. Afterwards, the only lasting effects would be bruising from the punches.
