Maybe we're seeing what we want to see? 'Cause I keep thinking I see Mai- she's one my best friends back home- but then I turn and look and she's not really there. Same with Azula; she's always just out of the corner of my eye. And that's even weirder, because she is really here, just not where I think she is. If that makes sense.
... And it's funny, because whenever I see them they're always on opposite sides of me, so I can't turn and look at both of 'em at the same time. I have to keep looking back and forth, trying to catch them before they disappear, but it never happens. That's probably part of the city's trick or something.
