Hullo to all you lovely people out there~  Ethan Thomas, at your service, here to make your life that much better.

LAS is, so far, way better than any school I've been to before.  I should have gotten myself expelled sooner.

SO.  Who all is out here, eh?

Oh my. I do think that my life is just that much better already.

So you're one of those students, yeah? LAS is a great school, really. Definitely worth being here in England for it, rather than back home.

Name's Kieran O'Keefe. Pleasure to meet ya, Ethan.

And here I haven't even started to try, yet. [winks]

Yes, one of those "I'm going to paint this school red" kind of students. Very glad you think LAS is worth sticking around for, very.

Pleasure's mine, Kieran.

Let's see you try then, shall we?

Just don't steal my paintbrushes to do it, okay? I'm quite fond of them.

So are you just a rebel, or are you going to avail yourself to the artistic side of the school?

You'll get only my best efforts.

Best way I've found is to just throw the paint at the walls straight out of the can, so your brushes are safe.

I'll be playing the guitar whenever and wherever I can when I'm not being a pest. That's about as artistic as I get.

You, I gather, paint at least~ Into anything else?

Good thing, since I accept nothing but the best.

How very modern of you. Very Jackson Pollock.

A musician, nice. I'm not much for playing instruments, though all of us Irish are musicians. Singing the old songs, keeping the heritage alive.

Mainly photography, honestly. Though I still love the feel of a brush in my hands, the chalky feel of pastels on my fingertips, the rhythm of the potter's wheel as it spins.

I live to please. ♥

Well, us modern types, we like things messy. And not too time consuming.

Isn't that the truth. One of my old band members was Irish, got us to do re-workings of old Irish songs and we all ended up liking them by the end. When Irish eyes are smiling, sure, 'tis like the morn in Spring~

Photography, eh? You must have a lot of interesting things to shoot around here.

Of course.

Faith, I certainly didna expect you to do something like that. A bit different when it's not an Irishman singing it, but that's okay.

Sometimes. Sometimes I feel like all I'm doing is taking the same pictures over and over again.

Ah, well, I wasn't usually the one singing 'em. Still ended up knowing them all, though, what with all the work we put in.

Well then. I'd say it's high time we went exploring.

Ah, but now you've got me all homesick, and we've only just got here. I'll just have to take my mind off of it, somehow.

Exploring? Is that new kid speak for 'have someone show me around'?

You should teach me other songs.

No. That's Ethan speak for "Hey, I know every inch of this city, wanna go find something interesting?"

I could do that, if you'd like.

Sure. When?

I would, at that.

[grins brightly]

My schedule has me free foooor... Right now. Or whenever you'd like, really.

Now works. Just give me, say, fifteen minutes, and I'll be ready. Got to make sure that my batteries are charged and that I've a free memory card and all. Meet out at the front gates?
