HAPPY NOTE: YAY ALL THE PLEDGES MADE IT IN! CONGRATS TO ALL THE NEOPHYTES!!
SAD NOTE: The new Bon Jovi compilation that comes out on Tuesday (called "100 Million Fans Can't Be Wrong") is...$59.99 on Amazon.com. Sadness in a paper bag. That's a bit much, even for me and my Jovi obsessedness. Kevin told me that it was on sale, this week only, for $39.99 at Circuit City, which isn't bad for a 5 CD set I suppose. I still think I'm just gonna ask for it for Xmas though. Speaking of which, I've already started compiling a list in my head:
*the Bon Jovi compilation
*Bon Jovi Forever T-shirt with the skull and the rose that they do NOT SELL anymore...haven't even seen it on eBay for a while
*Billy Joel greatest hits compilation
*Bryan Adams greatest hits compilation
*black Hanson Underneath tour tank top with the green headphones on the front
*the Bon Jovi CDs I don't have yet..."One Wild Night Live" CD, "These Days" CD, and "This Left Feels Right" DVD
*a Pink Panther T shirt that ISN'T pink
*some Italian music
*a digital camera
* a new LCD monitor for my computer
* a car
* a haircut. one that looks GOOD.
* new APO letters to wear, preferably ones with long sleeves
Ok, so that's a pretty long list considering most of those things came off the top of my head. A lot of those have been a long time running, it seems like I never actually get what I ask for for Xmas, and my mom usually can't afford to get me more than one thing every year. Not to be ungrateful, but I've gotten used to the fact that if I really want something, I have to get it myself and can't really rely on gift-giving/recieving time to get them.
Wow, this is the second time I've updated today. I'm as amazed as you are.
Final thought: sometimes I feel like all I have to offer is boobs, and that upsets me.
