Thanks! I blew off David Lehman last night (because I suck), but I do hope to make it to Gluck's reading. I'm not nearly as familiar with her work as I should be, and if I'm smart I'll buy and read Averno this weekend just to prepare myself -- but I never claimed to be that smart, so don't hold your breath on me being prepared. ;)
Yeah, it's a drag that I'll miss Lehman (and that a lot of people will go see him rather than come to the Spoon -- thank goodness it only takes about 10 people to make the Spoon feel reasonably crowded) but oh well! Someone should go to his Friday thing and take notes for me. :)

When my friend Kevin got married last year, I stood in front of God and everybody and read a David Lehman poem. Woman of all ages fell madly in love with me.
