This is fab! Great concept, I can't wait to see where you take it and how the John/George relationship develops. And I just went "awww, LOL" at John's appraisal of George's looks, cause... all that stuff is true, he can be attractive or unattractive depending on how you look at him but hopefully John will see the beauty in him that isn't immediately apparent... tl;dr great start, can't wait for more! :D

Thank you so much!! I must admit, I didn't think George was handsome when I first saw him D: But now I think he's cute as buttons.

LOL me either, I was like "...who's this gork?" And he does have his moments of looking terribly gorky... 1962 was an awkward year.

Also, UPDATE SOON ::pokes you::

GRAAAAAAAAAAH.
I can tell I'm going to absolutely love this story already.
He reeked of virginity and teenage insecurity.
God, I LOVE John's description of George, because that was EXACTLY how I felt about George when I first saw the Beatles. John was the confidant, hard-edged one and Paul was the intelligent, beautiful one. And then there was George, so awkward. XD But I do agree with riabouchinska, I hope John sees how beautiful George can be! :D
Great job so far!

Yay, someone agrees with me! Y'all can call me Ria, I don't mind if you get a bit... familiar. ;)

LOL, when I first saw the Beatles I was like "...well. They're really... English, aren't they? Hm. Well, I guess Paul is kind of attractive..." And I gave it no more thought for many years. Silly me, not to have discerned at once the utter foxitude that is John and George. XD

WHOO HOO. :D RIA. Name's Priscila, btw.

DUDE, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND. And then you see that picture that changes it all, right? I saw this gorgeous picture where George is just staring at the camera and his eyes are all glossed over and his lower lip was just so MMM and I was like, "FUCK how could I not have noticed it before?" XD

::handshake:: oh yes, I remember. Lovely name. I used to *kind of* know a Priscilla with two 'ls, didn't know there was a one-l version...

ARGH GEORGE'S LOWER LIP. Haunts my dreams, it does. Uhhh... link plz??

And do you mind if I add you, I'm always looking for nifty Beatle people. :D

I love the idea of this! And like the others said, hope John sees beyond the shyness and awkwardness to just how beautiful George is! Though I've always found the awkwardness very endearing myself ( ... )

Haha yes, treating them as old friends & forgetting his pay seemed like such innocent, George-ish things to do xP I'm glad you like it :)

I read "mobsters" and immediately clicked. I'm a terrible mafia nerd. xD

I'm liking this. Curious to see what will happen next, and how this will all end up. Your descriptions of George are spot-on, as the others have said. Wonderful, I'm eager for more<33
