Ack. Today was cleaning day. My parents were going absolutely insane--Dad woke me up ridiculously early on a SATURDAY so that I could start on my room, and my mom turned into the machine she always does when she's cleaning. I've always wondered why adults care so much about cleanliness, especially when people are about to come over--and not even their friends, but their *kids'* friends. I mean, honestly, who cares? Cleaning makes me grumpy, so everyone was screaming at each other this morning. Fun, fun, fun.
Buuuut now I'm off to see Green Day and Jimmy Eat World! I'm so incredibly excited...Green Day was amazing when I saw them last October, and I've never gotten to see Jimmy Eat World in concert. It'll also be my first time at Gillette Stadium...hopefully we won't get lost. But my brother and his friends are going, too (we're sitting together...yeah, that oughta be interesting), and he's been there before, so we should be okay. Eeeee I'm excited!
