Help? Please? I Wanna Put Up a Header Image in My Journal

Hey you guys! I am trying to put a Header image in my journal to improve it! Can you guys help? I'd like to know what journal types are good for this. Also, I need to know a good place to post the image. Should I put it in my scrapbook, or is it better to post it to a site that has remote loading?

Anything you guys can tell me would be helpful!
