Am a bit amused. On the way home just now, heard "Doing the Butt" on Radio Now. HAHA! Hadn't heard that one in ages. Reminded me of grade school mixers. :-p
What's up with me...not much. Halloween party last week was small, but fun. Got to reconnect with Barbara, M2 and SJ. I miss hanging out with my girls. Am definitely looking forward to Monon when I get to see Porter and Jenny!! :-)
Have had a couple engagements lately...congrats to Tyler and Cait and Dan and Tina! So that makes...erm...at least three weddings next year, not to mention the others that I probably won't be able to make. And, I have a feeling there will probably be a few more engagements within the next year (or at least, most of us hope so).
Sound of Music is coming along...I am enjoying being in the theatre again. The people are fun, starting to meet some new friends so I'll be sad when the show is over. Footlite is doing "Into the Woods" this spring, so over the Christmas holiday I'm going to have to come up with a good audition piece. I'd just LOVE to be in that show. Even if I'm just Sleeping Beauty or Snow White. But I'm sure competition will be tough.
BTW Gibby, Joe says hi and wants to know how you are liking Chicago. He's a fun guy. I'm one of the contestants that wins a prize during the concert scene so he and I are going to do the incessant bowing bit. Should be fun. :-)
Other than that...not much really. My life is work, home, rehearsal, then start all over again. After the play is over it'll be time for my birthday and then Christmas. Every weekend is pretty much spoken for after this one until after Christmas. Busy girl I am.
