What little I can say won't describe how I feel, so I'll just keep it to anecdotes.
Actually, I won't. I don't have enough energy right now. So I'll really just keep it to this:
I have my BA in Film and Media Studies from UC Irvine, and I can honestly say that the whole experience of getting it has been probably the best in my life. I'll be glad to be back in the Valley and not have to drive back and forth all the time, but I'll be sad not to have that part of my life anymore.
This is the fourth day in a row when I've consumed alcoholic. For me, that's saying something. Something in terms of special occasions, not alcoholism, by the way.
I'm going to miss UC Irvine and all the people I think of when I think of it.
I cried today. I'll cry more tomorrow. It's bittersweet. I guess this is the exact reaction I'm supposed to have.
