Beatles Application

01. Name: Jen.
02. Age: 25.
03. Gender: Female.
04. Location: Orlando, Fla., USA.

05. Favorite Beatle: I really don't know much about their personalities in general, so I dunno. To be 100% honest I didn't get into the Beatles until after the ATU movie came out. BAD, I know, but I love that movie sfm.
06. Least favorite Beatle: Same as above. :p
07. Which Beatle do you think you're most like and why? Lol this is going to be a very boring application. I will let you guys decide. ;-) After reading over my other answers, I have a feeling whom I will be stamped as, but who knows.
08. Favorite Beatles song: If I HAD to choose only one - "Happiness is a Warm Gun". I want to get, "She's not a girl who misses much." tattooed somewhere on my body.
09. Favorite Beatles album: Abbey Road. But it's a really tough decision. I adore their newer, experimental material more than their older pop-type stuff. But it's all good in its own way.
10. Describe your musical tastes (besides The Beatles): '90s rock/pop/alternative, old school hip-hop and rap, '80s pop, very few modern acts. My favorite bands are Hanson (listen to their current stuff, for serious) and The Goo Goo Dolls.

11. Your strengths: I am determined, funny, intelligent, witty, passionate, ambitious/driven, independent, grounded, realistic, affectionate, loving, loyal, tenacious, detail-oriented, responsible/dependable, health-conscious, and strong.
12. Your weaknesses: I am stubborn, impatient, a little selfish, a perfectionist, have high expectations of myself and everyone around me, stress-prone, competitive, and I tend to look toward the future instead of focusing on the present.
13. Talents and/or things you enjoy doing even if you aren’t talented at them: I can say the alphabet backwards...touch my tongue to my nose...lol. I am a great writer/editor/speller, I am good with trivia (especially pop culture), erm...nothing too exciting, really. As far as what I LIKE to do...read. I can read books all day. I love to travel, love to plan trips and events. Love bowling, even though it's expensive so I don't go much, hah. I LOVE movies, especially Tarantino and Disney films. I know, two opposite ends of the spectrum, lol. I could live at Disney World. I enjoy fangirling in general. :o) And I'm having a blast planning my wedding (a year from tomorrow!!!).
14. Are you a leader or a follower? I'd say a leader, unless it's something I know nothing about. My natural inclination is to take the reins and do it my way. :x
15. Are you serious or more of a jokester? Eh it depends on the situation, but I'd say more of a jokester generally.
16. Are you a showman that loves the spotlight or more of a behind the scenes type person? Eh, again, depends lol. Mostly behind the scenes, but if I have a couple drinks in me, EVERYONE LOOK AT ME NOW THX. ;-)

17. What three things are most important to you in life? Damn, just three? OK, well, family, friends, and career, lol.
18. What makes you really respect a person? Honestly, someone who is just genuine and true to themselves. Someone who sticks by their beliefs no matter what they are or what the consequences may be...someone who has the balls to really stand behind their values. So many people give up their dreams or refuse to work hard for what they really want, and the people who can struggle through hard times and come out better for it are the ones I look up to. Independent people in general, really, who don't consider failure an option and are always thinking, "OK, what next?" That is the kind of person I strive to be.
19. What are your feelings on spirituality and religion? I think it's wonderful. I think it is important for people to have something to believe in and have faith in, regardless of what it is. In many places (especially the U.S.), it's all about the rat race and who can get the most money in the quickest amount of time, and for people to have some higher power to believe in I think is a great escape and something to strive for to be a better person. How can you not think that's a good thing? However, personally, I don't have a religion because I'm really not sure where it fits into my life right now. I'm not an Athiest, but I suppose agnostic. I don't want to go into a religion "just because". But I do want to better myself, and I think maybe one day religion would be a great way to do so. I'm definitely not ruling it out, but for now I'm striving to better myself in other ways. As far as people pressing their beliefs on others, i.e. the guys who stand in the street and yell about you going to hell? Hell to the no. THAT is the part of religion, honestly, that makes me skeptical and keeps me away from it. Just experienced it the other day, and I know it's a polar example and people really think they're doing good by it...but it just pushes me away.
