Dare you to lift yourself up off the floor...
Soo, as always, my summer reading plans have gone somewhat awry. While I haven't finished any of the books I meant to read this summer (I forgot to bring them back with me from Davis -_-;;), I HAVE read a bunch of really informative books, including: Standing Up to the Madness, by Amy Goodman and How to Get Into the Top Law Schools, by Richard Montauk. I also read Breaking Dawn, which kind of made me queasy and, honestly, was quite disappointing. Oh well.
My photography professor emailed out a list of materials needed for the class and ooohboy, it's quite a bit more than I expected. Oh well! Haha it should be interesting, at the very least. I'm tempted to drop it now, because, dude, the materials are going to be kind of expensive, but I figure I'll buy the sketchbook now and show up to the first class and see if it's worth buying all the stuff for.
Also, reading How to Get Into the Top Law Schools has made me a little bit anxious about my future, all that oh-god-am-I-making-the-right-decisions and shit-shit-my-future-is-fucked bull, so I'm thinking of setting up an appointment with my pre-law advisor. I really should have done it earlier, but you know me, always procrastinating. I've decided that I am officially going to do a practice LSAT every week this month--I certainly have enough time. I can't let the rest of this summer go to waste!!!
But yeah, heading back to Davis the day after tomorrow for Summer Session II! I'm excited to go back.
