Budget Hearings...
...were hellish enough by themselves (imagine being stuck in a room full of 15 other people, some of whom you downright dislike, all of whom enjoy the sound of their own voice, debating about how to allocate 10.5 million dollars in one budget, for over 16 hours), so I'll focus on the positive(ish) parts

Short list. Bah. Oh well, summer shopping tomorrow!!! good, cause I totally used up all my summer clothes in the past...3, 4 days? Pathetic.
