Age: Physically I'd place him around 17-18; actual age as a constructed AI would be a little over 5 years old.
Height: Unknown; I'm guessing about 5'6" as DDS characters seem on the tall side.
Eyes: Sky-blue.
Hair: Sky-blue.
Medical Info: Healthy. Not at all prone to getting sick as a human. Has a demon as an...almost separate consciousness, and the hunger and transformations can cause problems. A certain sensitivity to the sun is also due to the demon, not any skin disease or whatever. And he's physically quite fast and strong.
And he used to be a program. Does that count?
Physical traits: Tall, gangly and light-skinned. Wears the distinctive Embryon uniform (grey body armor, black spandex, an orange streak that symbolizes his Tribal allegiance), along with decorative(?) bands around his arms and legs. His hair is in dreadlocks and decorated with bright yellow bands.
Dyaus is a sort of bird/shark/human hybrid twice the size of a man, with a crested white head, dark blue back, and pale blue torso and legs. Its wings are decorated with a rainbowesque band of red, purple and green stripes.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything is okay. He won't know anything that happened in Digital Devil Saga II, since I plucked him from between games, and any of that knowledge will have to come from someone else in his canon or he'll freak badly.
Notes for the Psychics: Cielo's brain is a really strange thing to rummage around in. There's maybe three levels in it, and each does affect the others. The first level is pure Cielo, with everything he had from the Junkyard plus the emotions he managed to gain and grasp. The second level is real!Cielo, which contains emotions and memories that remain untapped from his 'previous incarnation.' The third level is Dyaus, primal demon instinct and magic coupled with an insane, driving hunger. The second and third level bleed into the first one and influence it in varying ways, depending on the situation--they're all separate at the best of times, but whatever mental walls he has are thin.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: I'm fine with shapeshifting, just tell me first. Bodyswapping would get extremely complicated, so that's a no (unless it's for a really good idea.) Provoking Cielo isn't a good thing to do, because if you get him genuinely pissed off at the wrong time, he will fight you and possibly attempt to eat you.
Kissing/Hugging: Sure with the hugging; Cielo doesn't mind people touching him like that, although he'll be really surprised if you're someone he doesn't know. Kissing...? He only has a vague idea of what it is and doesn't really get the point. Expect a 'durr' if you do it.
Fighting: Sure, it's what he's used to doing. 8D Just PM me or something to work it out.
Maim/Murder/Death: Ask. ASK. And ONLY under VERY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
Cooking: He spent half the time in canon eating ration bars and the other half eating freshly-killed raw demon. He definitely can't cook.
