EA Makeover - Dolphin Digs
Say what now, I'm back already?! I've actually had these makeovers sitting around on my computer for a while, I just hadn't had the time to finish them off and share them. This is a EA makeover of the Goode and Bad house (aka 14 Poker Flats Drive). I have used some more CC than usual in it, but I don't think it will be too bothersome to find. I also apologize in advance for the rather spartan interior in places, I try and keep my EA makeovers to the budgets of the families living in them so I don't cheat. I might upload a version of this later when the family have earned more Simoleans and I've fixed it up a tad, but I figure most of you will like to redecorate anyway :)

Note - I also used the default wood replacements by JaneSamborski (MTS), so wood textures might look a little different without these.
Also, if when you place the lot in it's correct location the back deck slopes down near the edge, just level it out using the CFE cheat. I have no idea why this happens as I have not altered the floor plan at all, but I found in testing that occasionally this would occur when I replaced the lot.
